Memorial Day Concert

Monday, May 26, 2014
6 PM

Blue Ash Towne Square
Kenwood and Cooper Roads

(Rain Site: Sycamore Junior High, 5757 Cooper Road)

This yearís Memorial Day Concert is not only a tribute to veterans who have fought and died for our country, it is also dedicated to the memory of Mark Weber, recent mayor of Blue Ash and a staunch supporter of the Orchestra. His wife, Christine remarked that he considered BAMSOís music a highlight, not only during his tenure as Mayor, but throughout his life.

Ashokan Farewell
Coplandís Fanfare for the Common Man
Brahmís Academic Festival Overture
John Williamís Harry Potter Suite
Richard Rogersí Victory at Sea
Sousaís Sempre Fidelis

The Cincinnati Youth Symphony Concert Orchestra, directed by Dale Swisher, will perform as well.

Saint-Saens' Dance Bacchanale
and Marche Militaire Francaise
Selections from Oliver
Verdi's Overture to Nubucco

Plus the Armed Forces Salute to honor our veterans.
